Power of Visualization and How to Get Desired Outcome


Einstein said that imagination is more important than knowledge. knowledge is limited. Imagination surrounds the world. Logic gets you from A to B. But imagination gets you everywhere. Visualize your dream at present by accepting the feeling of wish fulfillment.

So I want you to close your eyes. Think about the place where you feel most comfortable. A peaceful place. A place where they won’t be interrupted. A place to go when you just need to get away from the rest of the world and be yourself. Go there in your mind’s eye and fill in as many details as you can. And I want you to sit down. So when you’re sitting on the floor, I want you to feel the hardwood beneath your feet. You’re sitting on a cushion, feel that. If you’re sitting on a chair, feel the armrests. I’m sitting there, How does the air in the room feel? Add as much detail as possible. Studies show that if you can still your mind, you’re more likely to visualize. So be there. Stay there.

You know what’s happening. So I’m just asking a question. Have you ever been to the weight you want to achieve? And nine times out of ten, the answer is yes. Well that number?

So they calculate and they clarified the vision. They know where they want to be. You did the math to get that number. Then suddenly the conversation changes again. Well, I don’t know if I want to be that much little again. I was younger. I had no children. You know I’m busy right now. I have practice. You know, I have to go back to school. I have many things to do. I can’t be at the gym like that. So they created the vision. You know the number. But you feel I can’t do it. Various reasons; Now I’m older, my time is not available like that.


So visualization is great technique to overcome that situation. Therefore, it becomes an opportunity for you to practice the mindset to clear that negativity, so you can move fully into that vision that you wish to create for yourself. So how would you like it? Do it? It’s one thing to talk about it. Another thing is to experience it.

Breathe into this space. And now I want to select an area of ​​your life that you would like to visualize, a manifestation of what is happening right now. Decide an area of ​​your life that you want to visualize. If you’re not sure what that is, I’ll give you three options. Just pick one.

The first realm is on the physical plane. I want to change my body, be it losing weight, gaining weight, building muscle. Maybe you have an injury that you want to fully heal. Perhaps you have a disease in your body that you would like to be free of.

Imagine walking without pain. Imagine you have a flat stomach. Imagine yourself there completely. Go there. The second area is deciding how to resolve a conflict in your life.

Perhaps you are having a conflict with a family member, friend, or at work. Maybe you just want to be more punctual and have better time management skills and resolve that conflict. Fully feel what is happening at that moment and explain it in detail. Embrace that person, whatever it is for you. The third area will be achieving a goal.Maybe you started it, or maybe it didn’t start at all, but fully imagine it’s going to happen. It’s almost done. Stay there, keep focusing on your breath and add as much detail as you can. To manifest what is happening. How do you see that the goal has been achieved?

 What are you doing with your life now that you are free of it? What are you going to do with this friend you’ve now made peace with? Visualize it.

Stay there all the way. Bring someone else who will benefit from your vision. That will make it more real to you. Now breathe into this visualization.
Try to stick with the vision. Well, just for the time being, wiggle your fingers, wiggle your toes, and open your eyes when you’re ready. I hope you feel truly fulfilled because your mind has been completely there and doesn’t know anything other than what is really going on. You are a creator. You can visualize you’re getting rich, You find your true love and visualize how you spend time with her/him, you pass the exam. Try to add more emotion, joy and you can act it. For a example you can pretend driving your dream car by using your hand.
